My friend Sylvia (the same haircutting best friend) showed her Halloween talent again this year by carving a layered owl into a pumpkin. Even kept the seeds to flavor and roast. They tasted great.

Vonsing, Starbucks Novelty, Pizzas and A Harry Potter Double Feature
Went along on a grocery shopping trip, ordered a (gasp!) new drink (Salted Caramel Mocha) from Starbucks instead of my ever-usual Caramel Macchiato, picked up some pizzas for dinner and sat and watched both Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince as well as Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part One.
